JUMP-IN Therapy and Wellness Center
History
Jacquelin Kilburn, President and owner of Occupational Therapy Services, established JUMP-IN™ in 1996. She originally developed and patented a handle for the Wilbarger therapy pressure brush. This brush handle allows the therapist or caregiver the ability to apply correct pressure without discomfort. The pliable handle molds to the hand to allow for easy holding and adequate pressure for application of the Wilbarger Protocol. The brush can be carefully removed from the handle as needed to apply a new brush. Brushes and handles can be purchased from JUMP-IN, 810-231-9042. Jackie has worked as a staff therapist in schools, hospitals, community agencies, and was the supervisor at Mott Children's Hospital for seven years. She began a small private practice almost at the beginning of her career due to parent requests for more services. In 1996 she formed a company and began selling products and providing therapy in a clinic setting.
Services are now provided at JUMP-IN Therapy and Wellness Center, 10400 Hamburg Road, Hamburg, MI, 48139, by Jackie and her staff. Appointments can be made by calling 810-231-9042.
